1. Age Requirement

VoyeurPublic is intended for adults only. By accessing the site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have reached the legal age of majority where you are located. If you do not meet these requirements, do not access the site.

2. Third-Party Videos

VoyeurPublic displays videos through embedded players supplied by third-party websites. The video files are hosted and streamed by those platforms, not on VoyeurPublic’s servers. Those platforms operate their own servers and players and control any advertising displayed within their players.

3. Prohibited Content

VoyeurPublic prohibits sexual content involving anyone under 18, as well as content recorded or published without the consent of everyone depicted. Consent must cover both the recording and the publication of the content.

4. Content Removal Requests

If you believe a page on VoyeurPublic contains a video that violates your rights or privacy, or was recorded or published without consent, email the exact URL of that page to [email protected]. We will review the report and, when appropriate, remove the embedded player from our page. This does not remove the video file from the external site hosting it.

5. User Accounts and Submissions

VoyeurPublic does not offer user registration, visitor accounts, comments, or a way for visitors to upload or publish content.
